I spent 12 years on Wall Street, where every recommendation had to stand up to scrutiny. That experience gave me a trained eye for recognizing value, and it shapes how I approach real estate: I look closely at the numbers behind a property, negotiate with discipline, and ask the questions that are easy to skip. For my clients, success means more than finding the right property. The goal is to arrive at the closing table informed, confident, and genuinely cared for.
I’ve always believed exceptional property is about more than beautiful architecture or a coveted address. It’s about proportion, place, timing, and knowing what you’re truly buying. For every property, I ask two questions: what is it worth today, and what could it become? That might mean a home with renovation upside, a condo with strong rental income potential, or a neighborhood on the rise before the market catches up.
I focus on Downtown Sarasota, Laurel Park, the Rosemary District, Palmer Ranch, and Anna Maria Island. I work with buyers relocating from New York and the Northeast, as I did, alongside second-home buyers and investors. From single-family homes in family-friendly communities to waterfront condos and income-producing properties, I help clients look beyond the asking price to understand the full picture: valuation, cashflow, carrying costs, and, where relevant, the financial health of a condominium association. The goal is to make informed decisions with a clear understanding of both the opportunities and the risks.
Beyond real estate, I’m a wife and mom to three littles who calls Downtown Sarasota home, embracing the beautiful chaos of raising a family while building a career I love — and bringing that same thoughtfulness, perspective, and personal commitment to every client relationship.
